For couples who want to be involved in the planning but would rather not figure out every decision alone. We’ll meet you where you are, fill in the gaps, and help carry the process forward.
Best suited for couples booking approximately one year out.

FULL PLANNING
The most hands-on way to work together. From the earliest decisions through the final send-off, we’re alongside you to manage the details, guide the process, and bring everything together.
Best suited for couples booking 18–24 months out.

WEDDING COORDINATION
For couples who have the planning handled and want an experienced team to step in for the final stretch, tie up the loose ends, and make sure the celebration runs exactly as it should.

Q. When should we book?
The sooner, the better! Full Planning is designed for couples booking around 18–24 months out, while Partial Planning is ideal around the one-year mark. Wedding Coordination begins a minimum of 90 days before your wedding so we have enough time to get familiar with your plans, connect with your vendors, and set you up for a smooth wedding day.
Q. Can we customize our package?
Absolutely. No two weddings need exactly the same kind of support. We can talk through where you are in the planning process, what you already have covered, and where you could use an experienced hand, then tailor your package from there.
Q. Do you travel?
Yes! Knots & Belles is based in Southern California and available for weddings beyond our home base. Tell us where you’re celebrating and we can talk through the travel details.
Q. Do you offer décor and rentals?
We do! Our collection is continuing to grow and includes décor as well as rental options like tables, chairs, and linens. We can help determine what makes sense for your celebration and what may need to be sourced elsewhere.
